- Directed Studies is the proverbial crossroads of the Honors Humanities Academy. It is the point at which students explore the intersectionality of literature, philosophy, history, and current events through various academic outlets and communal presentations.
- Through self-directed research, the students choose topics of interest and explore the connections between academic knowledge, current events, social issues, and potential solutions within our global and local communities.
- The class culminates in a comprehensive Capstone presentation in which the students research a global/local issue, create a presentation, explore potential solutions, and contribute their own (potential) product/solution through an individual call to action.
